Personalised beads to improve the eyes ability to focus

Chakra beads enable your eyes to focus more clearly by training your eyes to work together. Attach one end of the string to an object at eye level and then place the other end to your nose. Focus up and down the beads noticing where you may have difficulty focusing. You should notice a ‘V’ at either end and an ‘X’ joining at whatever bead you are looking at. After practice, you should be able to extend your ability for your eyes to work together in focusing on a specific object.
